Florals 101 – Holiday Cheer

It’s Third Thursday a Picket Fence Foundation! This month we’re designing a festive arrangement that showcases rich reds, crisp whites, lush winter greens, and a few magical seasonal accents that make your design feel like a celebration all on its own.
Whether you’re brand new to floral arrangement or you’ve dabbled before, this class is relaxed, hands-on, and totally beginner-friendly. We’ll walk you through the basics of floral design: choosing stems, balancing color, creating shape, and making your arrangement look full and intentional. You’ll build something beautiful to take home, gift, or display!
Expect a cozy vibe, good company, and a totally stress-free creative hour. (Promise: you won’t need the full hour unless you’re having too much fun to stop!)
Come play with flowers, sip something warm, and leave with a little more cheer than you came with.
At Picket Fence Foundation, we warmly welcome participants of all ages and abilities. This workshop is designed to be flexible, supportive, and accessible, whether you’re a confident creator or brand-new to florals.
If you or your loved one would benefit from a little extra help with snippers, step-by-step instructions, or hands-on guidance, we encourage you to bring along a buddy, parent, or support person. We love seeing creating become a shared experience, and we’re here to make sure everyone feels comfortable, capable, and celebrated.
